1. About Hotel.my
Hotel.my is an online hotel aggregator and booking platform for accommodation in Malaysia and beyond. We display hotel availability, prices and content sourced from our travel partners and suppliers, and facilitate bookings between you and those providers.
2. Bookings & payment
When you make a booking through Hotel.my, you enter into a contract with the relevant accommodation provider or supplier, subject to their rate rules, cancellation and refund policies, which are shown before you confirm. You are responsible for ensuring the details you provide (names, dates, guests) are accurate.
Payment for bookings is processed securely by Nuitée Travel, our booking and payment partner, who acts as the merchant of record for your transaction. Hotel.my does not collect or store your card details. The charge on your card statement may appear as "NUITEE" rather than Hotel.my.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated and may include or exclude taxes and fees as indicated at checkout. Prices are live and may change until a booking is confirmed. Indicative prices shown on listing pages are estimates for the selected dates.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the specific rate booked (refundable or non-refundable) and the provider's policy shown at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed by the booking supplier to your original payment method in accordance with that policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to make fraudulent bookings.
- Do not scrape, copy or resell our content or data without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the platform.
6. Liability
Hotel.my acts as an intermediary. We are not the operator of the accommodation and are not liable for the acts, omissions or quality of services provided by accommodation providers, beyond our role in facilitating the booking. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking fees we receive.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Hotel.my after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
