ℹ️ Local tourist tax: 🇲🇾 Malaysia Tourism Tax (TTx): RM10 per room per night is collected at check-in from FOREIGN passport holders only — Malaysian citizens and permanent residents are exempt (show your MyKad/MyPR and it is waived). Some rooms list it (as "Tourism fee" or "City Tax"), others don't — foreign guests should budget RM10/room/night at check-in either way. Small lines like "VAT", "Service Charge" or "Taxes" are normal local charges that apply to all guests. All amounts shown on the rooms are TOTALS for the room and the whole stay — not per person.
