4) A penalty of RM 500 will be imposed if found smoking. (cigaret butts or smoking smell in the unit updated by the Housekeeping, is considered guest smoked in the unit)
5) Cleaning fees paid is for normal general housekeeping after stay. Additional housekeeping fees will be charged if guest found to hold party or no clear up. Additional fees may be charged up to RM 500.
6) No shoes allowed in the house.
7) Ensure clear your rubbish before you leave the unit
