Good to know
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the property offers free pick-up or drop-off transfer from/to Penang International Airport. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival and departure flight details if they wish to make use of this service.
The resort is located 10 minutes up a hill. and travel buses are not able to drive up to the resort. Special arrangement is required to transfer guests from travel bus to the resort and it is subject to additional charges. Please contact the management for further info. If guests are coming in a group, it is advisable to use 10-seater van. Please note network access/mobile signals are weak in these areas.
Resort only serves breakfast, and there is no restaurant to serve lunch and dinner. Barbecue facilities and electric steamboat cooker with tableware are provided.
For BBQ, please bring along food, charcoal and aluminum foil.
