1) We have a very strict NO-SMOKING & VAPING policy. Please, if you really need to smoke or vape, take a walk on the surrounding streets. Help us to keep the streets clean - collect the cigarette. Absolutely no drugs either. 2) No visitors. No unannounced guests. No parties. 3) Max occupancy is 4 guests (including kids and infants), no exceptions. All guests staying at the house needs to be added in the guests list. 4) No pets allowed. No Exceptions. 5) Communication is very important to us. If you have any question or concern just contact me. 6) Guests shall respect the neighbors privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. 7) At check in, the responsible person of the booking should check-in (instructions to follow). If key and/or the access card is lost, there is a cost of RM200 to rekey the door.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
