From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. The resort provides land and boat transfer services. Please contact the hotel directly for these arrangements. Rates are as follows: -One way boat transfer from Merang Jetty to Jetty (in Redang Island): MYR 55 per adult and MYR 35 per child -The room rates included breakfast for 2 persons only (according to your purchased package). If the guests staying room more than 2 persons, guests are compulsory to pay for additional breakfast charge of MYR 58.30 per adult and RM27.00 per child. Infant is free of charge (below 3 years old). -A security deposit of MYR 100 per room is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. -If weather not permitted (for staying date on month Nov - Feb), resort will replace the stay at Kuala Terengganu Hotel or postpone the stay to the next available date within 12 months (not valid for shoulder season & super peak season and non-refundable). -Pick Up transfer from resort to Jetty (behind Laguna) or Any Long Beach Area (subject to the availability) If customer book your own activities with outsider, the transfer charges will be RM15/pax/way (adult & child are the same price, infant 0 - 3 years old is free) or charter 1 kubota at RM80/way
