Good to know
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Our Villas have quiet hours policy from 9PM to 9AM. Outdoor or noisy activities of any kind including BBQ or music outdoor are not permitted between 9PM and 9AM.

Guests are not permitted to obstruct or otherwise stop at neighbors' entrances for any period of time.
Guests are not to block or otherwise obstruct back lanes driveways due to poor parking.
