1. To be refunded with cash deposit, guest will have to wait for the room to be checked at 11h00 am and collect your deposit.
2. For earlier checkout than 11H00 am, kindly share a photo of the keys returned to our letterbox and just share your bank details with us and we'll have it transferred back to you to your bank's currency.
