Security Deposit Policy
The refundable security deposit will be returned within 7 working days after check-out via online bank transfer, subject to the terms and conditions set by Villa Kiambang. The deposit will only be refunded if there is no damage, loss, or violation of house rules during the stay, and the property is returned in good condition.
